Santiveri Sorbitol Marmalade




Every jar of our jams contains 70% of fresh fruit and that is easily verified by its taste, texture and quality. They are 100% natural, without additives or preservatives and uses sorbitol instead of sucrose. Sorbitol is appropriate in those diets that aim to suppress the consumption of sugar, because it produces no abrupt changes in the blood glucose levels. Sorbitol is about 60 percent as sweet as sucrose with one-third fewer calories which helps weight control. Another benefit of sorbitol is that it does not promote tooth decay.
The labelling which has the word "extra" can only be put if the jam has a minimum of 50% fruit. Most brands are in accordance with the regulations providing that minimum amount of their jams. Ours is one of the few in the market with 70%, which gives it tat flavor and that different quality.

The flavours available are Strawberry, Peach, Apricot and Plum.
